Vegan Fair kicked off on a very hot and sticky Saturday afternoon in Anaheim, CA but that didn't keep the crowds away. There was way too much food to be eaten, t-shirts to buy and downward dogs to do in the FREE yoga classes. So many amazing vendors were out promoting everything vegan from clothing, beauty products, jewelry, organic produce delivery, dog grooming, acupuncture, soap, succulents, home decor, food and more! Unfortunately, I didn't get to peruse the booths because I had to man my own. #vendorlife
But I got to meet some really cool people and spread some awareness to those interested in what Monsanto was or which fact on my "Fact or Faux" board was False. I was really stoked to have a booth across from @Vegetaryn. She is super cool and so is her line of t-shirts. It's great to see other female entrepreneurs out there trying to make a difference. Thank goodness I had some nice friends bring me food. I tried the fish tacos from TGIVegan which were bomb and a slice of Hawaiian pizza from OC's Vegan Pizza I would certainly order a whole pie if I could! @YourVeganFriend was sneaky and left me a mind boggling S'more which I saved for later and devoured the next night. I must say I was in sweet tooth heaven!
It ended up being a record sales day and I was happy to see everyone who stopped by the booth. Thanks to everyone for their support and to the hard working Vegan Faire team. We will see you next year!
Love & Beets!
