1. Find your favorite shirt in your closet and lay it flat on the floor or bed

2. Use a tape measure and refer to the diagram "How To Measure My Shirt"

3. Once you have the measurements of your favorite tee, refer to our sizing charts on the product page of the shirt you want to purchase. Compare the numbers and see which size comes closest to the measurements of your favorite tee.
